Ways To Help

Donate Money

In order for us to motivate the teens, we need things they actually like and will use. While we love getting items donated for the teens to use,  it's easier and cheaper for us to buy it in bulk than it is to get separate donations. Our events host upto 50 teens and their foster parents or case managers.  Your money goes directly to the teens by ways of home goods to get them started when they turn 18, incentives to keep their grades up, and more.

Donate gifts

We are constantly posting needs on social media. For our graduation party, we are hoping to give 50 teens a start up kit of pots, pans, utensils, bath supplies, etc. When you turn 18 in foster care, you go straight to Independent Living. You are required to make it on your own. If you remember being 18, you know how unprepared for real life you were and you had guidance. These teens need amazing people like you to help them get started. Alone we could do so much. Together we can make a difference! Send us a message if you have items you would like to donate.

These events could not be done without people like you. If you've gotten this far, you have a heart for foster care. Maybe being a foster parent doesn't appeal to you. But you can make a real impact in a teens life by donating your time. We constantly need makeup artists, hair stylists, photographers, videographers, event planners, caterers, bakers, etc. If you have an idea to add to this list of volunteers or can give some time to bless these teens, email us. You will be blessed when you see the joy on the teens' faces.

If you're on social media, follow us. We post a lot of what's going on and how you can help. Please share, like, and comment on our posts. This will get A Sweet Chance in front of more amazing people that may have connections to giving the teens an amazing event.
